I have been drinking Chocolate Shakeology every day for Lunch. As the noon hour rolls around I start to think about lunch and biting into something. The thought of drinking my lunch doesn't really appeal to me at that point. But I have committed myself to it so I shake it up. Once I start to drink it, I remember how good it is. Each day it has been like a new discovery. I am really enjoying it each day and it keeps me full until dinner. I don't finish it and then think, "man, I wish I had something to eat now". I also don't get that mid afternoon crash. It has allowed me to kick the 3pm coffee habit.
